Microcurrent Lifting Instructions

Microcurrent therapy includes "lifting glides" which can be done daily and "lifting holds" which would be done weekly.

For best results, use the microcurrent device after applying a conductive essence, serum, or your favorite cleanser.

All skin is different and sensitivity may vary, however during use, you should feel a tingling sensation and it may cause your facial muscles to twitch. If it is uncomfortable try using the device without a serum.

Instructions

Cleanse your face.
Apply and essence, serum, gel, or cleanser to your skin. The Eminence Organics Stone Crop Gel Wash works great.
Press the + button to switch the device ON and into Level 1. Press + or – to select your desired level from 1 [Low], to 4 [High].
Follow the techniques below. A beep sounds every 7 seconds to help you know how long to hold each glide.
Cleanse your face again and apply a toner, serum and moisturizer.

Daily Lifting Glides

The following lifting glides can be performed daily for 3-5 minutes.

JAW / JOWL
Place the contacting spheres at the various points along the jawline, taking care to avoiding the midline of the neck. Glide toward the back of the neck until you hear a beep.

CHEEKS

1. Lips - Place the spheres by the side of the lips and glide upwards towards the ear.

2. Lower Cheeks - Place spheres under the cheek bone by the side of the nose and glide upwards toward the ear.

3. Upper Cheeks - Place spheres over the cheekbone avoiding the eye and temple area and glide back.

FOREHEAD
Place contacting points slightly above the eyebrows at various points and glide towards the hairline for 1 beep.

1. Thick of Brow - Position the spheres horizontally with the spheres off-centered above the thick of your brow. Slowly glide towards your hairline.

2 Arch of Brow - Position spheres horizontally with the spheres slightly touching above the arch of your brow. Slowly glide towards your hairline.

3. Thin of Brow - Position the spheres horizontally slightly above the thin of your brow. Slowly glide towards your hairline.

Weekly Lifting Holds

Once a week, complete each of the holds in addition to the glides.

LIPS
Position the contacting spheres at either side of the corner of the lips, pull upwards and hold until you hear the beep.

FOREHEAD
Position the contacting spheres horizontally at various intervals across the forehead, pull upwards and hold until you hear the beep.

JAWLINE
Place contacting points vertically, either side of the jawbone pull upwards towards the ear and hold until you hear the beep.

STEPS

Begin by cleansing your skin.
Exfoliate and apply a mask for 5-10 minutes.
