All sales are final once placed and cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges are accepted only for products where the packaging was damaged during shipping or if you have experienced an allergic reaction.
Requests for exchanges must be made within 72 hours of delivery.
If you experienced an allergic reaction, please contact our staff and we will assist you to find products that are better suited for you.
Samples, bundles and any discounted products are not eligible for exchange due to allergic reaction. Any gift with purchase or promotional items associated with your order must also be returned. All items must be returned in the original condition with the original packaging. Return shipping charges will not be refunded or credited.
We reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from exchanged items that had originally qualified for free shipping.
