Free Sample Policy

By placing an order, you agree to the restrictions and guidelines outlined in this policy. All orders are subject to this policy and the following restrictions.

Samples with Product Orders

• Customer Requests: Specific sample requests can be made at checkout. While we make every effort to accommodate requests, substitutions may occur based on stock availability.
• Limits: Each order may include up to 6 free samples and no duplicate samples.

Sample-Only Orders

• Accessible Options: Customers may place sample-only orders for a $2 handling fee.
• Fair Usage Policy: To ensure availability for all customers, each individual may place only up to 4 sample-only orders.
• Limits: Each order may include up to 6 free samples and no duplicate samples.

Terms and Conditions

• Subject to Availability: All samples are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee the inclusion of requested samples.
• Substitutions: In cases of limited stock, we reserve the right to substitute unavailable samples with similar options.
