Free Sample Policy
By placing an order, you agree to the restrictions and guidelines outlined in this policy. All orders are subject to this policy and the following restrictions.
Samples with Product Orders

Customer Requests: Specific sample requests can be made at checkout. While we make every effort to accommodate requests, substitutions may occur based on stock availability.

Limits: Each order may include up to 6 free samples. Duplicate samples will not be included.

Full-Size Products: We will not include a sample of a product if the full-size version of that product is included in the same order.
Sample-Only Orders

Fair Usage Policy: To ensure availability for all customers, each individual household may place up to 4 sample-only orders.

Handling Fee: Sample-only orders are subject to a $2 handling fee.

Limits: Each order may include up to 6 free samples. Duplicate samples will not be included.
Terms and Conditions

Subject to Availability: All samples are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that requested samples will be included.

Substitutions: In cases of limited stock, we reserve the right to substitute unavailable samples with similar options.

Full-Size Product Exclusion: Samples of products already purchased in full size as part of the same order will not be included.
