Discount & Promotion Policy

This policy governs the use of discount codes, free gifts, and special offers on our website. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy in its entirety.

General Rules

Discount codes are designed to give you extra value when shopping with us. Please note:

  • A minimum spend of $100 is in effect for all discount codes unless otherwise stated.
  • Discounts apply to regular-priced items only, unless otherwise stated.
  • Only one discount code may be used per order.
  • Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied to previous or completed orders.
  • Minimum spend requirements are always calculated after discounts are applied and before taxes and shipping.
  • Discounts cannot be retroactively applied.

Code Validity & Expiration

All discount codes have an expiration date and are valid only within that period.

Expired codes cannot be reissued, extended, or honoured.

Exclusions

Some items are not eligible for discount codes or promotions. These include:

  • Bundles, kits, and already-discounted products
  • Gift cards

Combining Discounts

We want to give you flexibility while keeping things fair:

  • Discount codes can be combined with Reward Points.
  • Reward Points are applied after discounts, but before taxes and shipping.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined with free gifts or other promotions, unless specifically stated.

Free Gifts with Purchase

From time to time, we offer free gifts as part of your order. Please note:

  • Free gifts are available while supplies last.
  • Free gift promotions with purchase tiers are limited to one per order.
  • Multiple free gift offers or tiers cannot be combined in a single order unless explicitly stated.
  • Substitutions may be made, or free gifts may be removed at our discretion.
  • Free gifts cannot be combined with discount codes unless otherwise specified.
  • Free gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or substituted upon request.

Free Cleanser with $175 Purchase

We offer an ongoing Free Cleanser with Purchase promotion on qualifying orders, subject to the following strict conditions:

  • A minimum spend of $175 CAD in regular-priced, eligible merchandise is required.
  • The qualifying spend excludes (without exception):
    • Bundles and kits
    • Gift cards
    • Discounted or promotional items
    • Free or bonus items
  • This promotion is limited to one (1) free cleanser per order.
  • Customers must explicitly select the free cleanser prior to checkout by clicking the Free Gift icon located at the bottom left of the screen.
  • Free cleansers are not automatically added unless the customer completes this selection step.
  • This promotion cannot be combined with discount codes, reward-based discounts, or other free gift offers, unless explicitly stated.
  • Free cleanser selection, availability, and substitutions are determined solely at our discretion.
  • If an order is modified, returned, partially refunded, or adjusted such that it no longer meets the $175 minimum, the free cleanser will be removed from the order or charged at full retail value.
  • The free cleanser has no cash value, may not be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for store credit, and is final sale.

First-Time Purchase Discount

We offer $10 off a first-time purchase to new customers who subscribe to our email newsletter, subject to the following conditions:

  • Customers must sign up for our newsletter to receive a valid discount code.
  • A minimum purchase of $100 CAD in regular-priced, eligible merchandise is required.
  • The qualifying spend excludes:
    • Bundles and kits
    • Gift cards
    • Discounted or promotional items
    • Free or bonus items
  • The discount code must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
  • This offer is valid for first-time customers only and is limited to one (1) use per customer, household, or email address.
  • The $10 off first-time purchase code cannot be combined with free gifts, other discount codes, or promotions, unless explicitly stated.
  • If an order is modified, cancelled, returned, or adjusted and no longer meets the eligibility requirements, the discount will be voided or removed.

Limitations on Use

Discount codes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit. Unless specified, codes are limited to one use per customer.

Errors & Misuse

We reserve the right to cancel any order where a discount code has been applied incorrectly due to system error, misuse, or abuse.

Order Adjustments

If an order is modified (for example, items are returned or exchanged) and the new total no longer meets the promotion’s conditions, the discount or free gift may be voided or removed from the order.

Brand Restrictions

As an authorized Eminence Organics partner, some exclusions and restrictions are determined by the brand itself. We are required to follow these rules to remain compliant.

We may change, amend, or update this policy at any time without notice. The version posted on our website will always be the most current.
