Prepare Your Skin

Before starting, prep the skin by applying a facial oil on the areas you want to massage, like your face and neck. Apply a generous amount of oil onto your palms and warm the product up, before pressing it into your skin. 

We love using our luxurious Facial Recovery Oil, suitable for all skin types.  Also referred to as “liquid gold," this formula contains clary sage oil, olive oil and sage leaf extract which improves the look of the skin while providing deep hydration. For a soft and bright complexion, the Camellia Glow Solid Face Oil with pink tourmaline gemstones is another highly moisturizing oil option. Marula oil and hemp seed oil hydrate the skin so that it appears smooth and supple.

The Rosehip Triple C+E Firming Oil is another option for facial massage — it also smooths the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by providing essential fatty acids to improve the look of the skin’s texture. 

How To Use Gua Sha Tool:

1. Apply your favourite cream or oil.
2. Gently but firmly, starting from the middle of your face, move along your jawline in an outward & upward motion.
3. Repeat all motions 3 times, continuing with your lower cheek, cheekbones, under-eye, ending with your forehead.
4. Repeat steps on the other half of the face.
5. To clean, wipe surface with a damp towel & dry afterwards.
6. Add this to the step before using your facial roller, day or night.

How To Use Jade Facial Roller:

1. Apply your favourite cream / oil or put on a face mask.
2. Gently but firmly, starting from the neck, move the large roller in an outward & upward motion.
3. From the centre of the face, repeat this motion 3 times on your jawline, lower cheek, cheekbones. Use the small roller for your under-eye, then continue with the large roller to end on your forehead. 
4. Repeat steps on the other half of the face.
5. To clean, wipe surface with a damp towel & dry afterwards.
